Just in time doesn't really aply  to  stores or repair  shops..  its more of 
a factory production deal..  where they   know there needs  preciecely to 
begin with  and can predict with great  regularity  how many  units they need per 
day.
 
 
you store  would have no clue as to the real part needs  hour to  hour.   
where as a factory running  on a schedule  knows   exactly  what part needs 
to be where.
