I use the original Mozilla suite (browser is much like firefox.  Both let
you 
set a policy for cookies - accept all, accept only from originating site or 
accept none.
I don't get really bothered by cookies but I do like being able to have some

control - if you go this route note that some websites need cookies to be
active 
in order to work properly.  I don't think weatherunderground needs any.
