Unless you have deep pockets, I would forget about the 62.  They are few and
far between.  I know a guy that purchased a 62 recently, he gave $45,000 for
it.  $3000 of that was for the correct belt pulley.  The tractor was
beautifully restored.

If you do go after a 62, be careful that it is for real.  I would call the
Ridenours.  They can tell you what to look for.

I'm starting work on a new Buyers Guide. One of the seven main chapters will
have room for two large photos of tractors from this series (Models 62, L,
LA) as a guide to collectors. Two questions: What would be the ideal model?
What should the potential collector watch out for in these models while
