[Farmall] Slightly OT Inter truck gearing.

You mentioned prices for LP and Diesel.  I'm sure that
you know the 392 is a gasoline engine.  Maybe I was
the only one confused here.  I see no problem with
using a 2spd rear.  You probably won't have good luck
splitting the gears with an auto but you shouldn't
need to.  Most two speeds are either air or electric
so you shouldn't need the old pto lever.  I think that
electric is in the vast majority.  Put your electric
switch on the dash and you should have no problem with
accidental shifts.  On manual transmissions they were
mounted on the gear shift.  I just wish that they made
a two speed to fit my 1ton Chevy.  You might ask the
