[Steam-engine] Boiler stamp

Do you know if the state would still have a record of that identification
number? Would that record include inspection reports and notations of any
repairs that would have been reported to the state? Would I be able to get
a copy of that file or record? Who in North Dakota would I contact to get
this information?
