David,
  Have you checked out www.fiberglassics.com ? I haven't been there in a
while but it is still there and looks like they have built it up since I was
there last. I have a 1966 Evinrude Sportsman I/O that probably shares the
lower unit you have. I bought a prop several years ago from Len's Prop Shop
www.boatprops4sale.com . They have lot's of info on their site and were very
helpful over the phone.
