[Steam-engine] Wachs Engine

If the boiler was out of a boat, the water leg around
the firebox on the bottom would be at the top inverted
toward the firebox.  Can you stick your arm down in
the top of the boiler a couple of feet in an area
about 2' in diameter before you get to the top tube
sheet?
