[Steam-engine] Wachs Engine

Lots of comments on Ricks new aquisition. No one seems to think that the
boiler might be a submerged tube? Not a whole lot of those around. The last
one I saw was at the blacksmith's shop at Rollag. Rick, what did you see
when you were looking down into the top of the boiler?
