[AT] JD 40 Carb

Guys,

I have a JD 40W with a carb issue.  It seems that it want to flood 
constantly.
I pulled it off and replaced the floats which were some other material and
replaced the needle and its seat.  I still get flooding even after I adjust 
the
float.
