[AJD] 1930 GP Air Cleaner and Gasoline

Luke,

I just burn the old gas in my A. I figure if a match will light it, the
spark plugs should too!

An old drag racer once said "Gasoline is for washing parts, alcohol is for
drinking, and Nitro-methane is for horse power."

That was a fun little exchange :-) I am fully aware of
the dangers of gasoline and appreciate your concern. I
am well experienced with the flamability of it. My
main concern was damaging the material inside the air
cleaner. I'm going to elect to use my old gasoline to
clean it. Outside and well away from any electrical or
fire sources. Thanks. How do you guys dispose of your
old stale gas with the crud floating in it? Throw it
on a brush pile to get her cooking, put it in a metal
container and throw a match to it?
