[AT] Help me choose a digital camera

Nikon has some nice low end digital cameras. I purchased one for My
Exchange student. It is much better than the low end Fuji my daughter owns.

I do not know about the low end Canon. I have a G2. It is the highter end
of the point and shoot Canons. It is great.

I agree the next one I buy will have interchangable ends. Canon or Nikon
probably.

You can get an acceptable 3MP camera for less than $200 now adays. Most of
the new ones have good battery life also. Get the best lense you can
afford. Resolution is less important. I would take a 3mp camera with a good
lense over a 5mp with a so so lense.
