I think you are refering to the difference in differential and wheel brakes however I'm not sure wheel brakes had only one peddle having never seen one so equipped.  Differerential brakes were only for orchard models so if a customer wanted these they had to order an AO with an AR exhaust and intake equipment (I think I'm remembering what I read correctly).  If these are wheel brakes then there were few equipped that way.
