[AT] Universal Pierce Governor from VALUE-BILT

Yes Steve the 65 has a governor, I am still in
the investigation stage, to locate my problem.
Looking at the tractor, the gov. looks to be
inside the front cover behind crankshaft pully.
Then the whole frontend would have to come off to
get to it. When I saw the governor in the catalog
I thought it may be an easy fix.
