[AT] Rationale for firing orders

I think the most impressive, odd firing engine I have ever seen was a Triump
442 (I think) motorcycle.  A friend of mine had one years and years ago.  It
was a single cyl. so it wasn't really odd firing but it was a BIG single
cyl.  He could put it in low gear  at idle speed and it would kick dirt
every time the engine fired.
