[AT] Rationale for firing orders

John: That JD "D" was at the show in Fairview, OK a few of years ago 
when thew feature tractor was the "D". It sat there and ran all morning 
one day and sounded really more gutty. And yes it was balanced so it did 
not shake the ground.
