Hate to hear about the break in.  Guess it could have been worse.  I hope it does not make Pat and the grandkids wary.  

I still fume over the break in at our Lake Tyler shop almost two years ago.  Makes you feel like you are violated sometimes.  I guess you need junkyard dog or maybe I can catch you some watch rattlesnakes.
