The wobble box arm is on a tapered splined shaft.  The ones I workded on had 
a needle bearing inside the housing around the output shaft.  You took off the 
arm with a puller, or a good air hammer, and then took the 4 bolts holding 
the housing around the shaft out, and pulled the housing out with the beariing.  
Probably have a bearing inside out.  They have to run pretty tight to stay 
together....
