Charlie,
Sounds like you have a registry entry that is recalling those files when
you delete them.
Since you know what they are look online for targeted removal tools.

OR the short version,
Disable system restore. Shut down the system and restart in SAFE MODE
then run AdAware, SpyBot and your AV program.
Should find and wipe them out.
