I'm going to keep my eye on it.  I don't expect it's going anywhere anytime soon.  If it does, I won't be too sad since it's gonna need a lot of work.  But the high cost to haul from northern MN to southern MN has me leary right now.  If gas drops down to $0.97 a gallon, I'll hook up the flatbed and be outta here!  In the meantime, I'll keep searching.  Thanks!
