Rob, I've heard that "Juice'y Fruit works but have not tried it. I use a
cona-bear trap or a .22 Swift. Muskrats are best caught with some "rat
traps" I'm sure that someone in your area could assist you in some trapping
efforts. Also I'll be there are some good varmint hunters who would be happy
to remove the woodchucks for you. Contact a local shooting club. I'd be
happy to help but it's a far drive. I do know some folks that are in the
eastern part of Pa. that I could put you in touch with. Good Luck.  JG in
