[AT] OT ~ framing nailers

Rather than spend money on a cheap Chinese or Taiwanese Central Pneu. nailer
I would pick up a used US made Senco off eBay. If you ever break a Central
Pneu. gun, where will you get repair parts? I have all sorts of air nailers
and staplers-all Senco, and all off eBay. I have paid less than $100 for
each of them including shipping and these guns are intended for 40 hrs/week
usage. My Dad has been a carpenter for over 40 years and he will only buy
Senco nailers/staplers. They are well built and can be repaired if you
should ever wear out or break one. Parts are readily available and anyone
who is capable of repairing old tractors is certainly capable of repairing a
nail gun. I personally have 2 spikers, a trim nailer, a brad nailer, 2
sheathing staplers, a roof (shingle) stapler, and a stapler for aluminum
soffit work. I would not trade any of them for a Chinese unit.
