[AJD] List sign up problems

I have just gone through two weeks of not receiving any postings.  I tried
anything that I could think of, sending messages, no response, tried to
resubscribe, was told somebody trying to hack my subscription.  Finally, I
unsubscribed, waited 2 days and resubscribed and I have just started
receiving postings.
