I sent him a link and some information.

Bradley 'General Purpose' made by the Bradley Tractor Company (?) Chicago Ill. Four speed transmission with Waukesha 4 cylinder 'L' head engine (3 3/4 X 4 3/4 stroke and bore rated 1250 RPM). Nebraska tested at 15.89 draw bar and 22.93 belt HP. Max speed was 4 1/2 mph, and tractor total weight was 4150 pounds. Tested at Nebraska 6-31. Distribution apparently limited to Illinois and nearby states. Made 1931 to 1933.
