[Farmall] Sector Gears

Hey George (& Mark):

How about heating it up, then packing it in charcoal while
still very hot and letting it cool very slowly?  That's my
understanding of how our vendor case-hardens production
parts here at work.  We routinely case-harden 12L14 although
it's not terribly well controlled it seems to work
reasonably well.
