You may want to be a little cautious on choosing the paint for the radiator. My understanding is that you should use a paint specifically designed for use on radiators as the type of paint used affects the heat transfer characteristics of the radiator. Mostly likely you can get by using an IH red, but I do not recall that being an option among paints designed for radiator use.

Yes, I am sure there are thousands of radiators being used that have been painted with a conventional paint, but if you are going to use this tractor for other then just show purposes where keeping the engine cool is of concern under field conditions, then you may want to look into this further.
