[AT] Diesel Starting Safety Reminder

I attended a couple motorcycle hillclimbs in KC in early '50's. The site
was an abandoned quarry, approx 100' climb with the last 20' nearly straight
up. A few made it, the majority left their bikes enroute or when they
stalled. This type kill switch was on all of the bikes I checked.
