[AT] One additional wiring note

I have only had to use the three day eviction twice.  Three days seemed 
like a long time to me.  I don't throw anyone out unless they really 
deserve it.  I have had tenants leave all kind of junk, but never a 
tractor.  Maybe a couple of broken chainsaws.
