	FWIW, I don't disagree with giving notice to vacate the premises
and don't think anyone should be tossed out on the street with 3 days
notice. It is not the way people should treat others - even if they don't
pay the rent. We screen tenants carefully to protect ourselves but even
then some do get by. It all works out in the end as we keep the rent a
little higher because of it.

	Rents collected from others have paid for many of my antique
tractors and my new shop so I'm not complaining - just relating how things
go when you are a landlord.
