[AJD] Tachometer

Bruce,
I too have one of these. Mine needs a digital voltmeter to get the rpm
readout. Can't remember the brand, but cost about $90. I like it
because it covers all rpm ranges without changing shafts or tips, etc.
But I also have a mechanical stewart warner one, brand new that I
picked up at an auction for $25. The digital one wouldn't work for say
a combine reel because you couldn't get close enough without the bats
hitting you, but the end-on Stewart Warner would work for this
instance. Hate to say it, but it is nice having the two to compliment
each other.
Steve
