[AJD] Tachometer

Dennis: I have one, and it works good, but haven't used it since I bought my 
infrared tachometer several years ago.
I use my infrared one because you don't have to have an open shaft to hold 
it to and have to watch out for, safety purposes, that you don't get tangled 
up in something.
