right!
sometime you can educate the nut with two hammers
one to back it up on one side the other to hit firmly on the other..........

oxy act torch is best.........you can get a small torch head for not too 
much and regulators and hoses.................but as someone said check out 
the procedure in your area for filling bottles before you 
buy.............mine are small and last a long time.
some are rental only etc.
