This is great!  Can one still get real headcheese, Guy?
We used to be able to get it in Sault Ste. Marie in Yooper Country, but not for over 20 years now.  I still dream about it though!

  Actually, I just saw one of the Northwest Airlines guys in a parka and 
  shorts in Denver last week. What little I could see of him- I was in the 
  terminal and he was outside in heavy snow.
