[AJD] Drilling and Tapping

Cast is not hard to deal with when your just opening up a hole. I would
suggest getting a Heli-Coil kit and using that. That way the hole will
still accept the original cap screw. Now old heat cycled cast (like the
exhaust manifold could be REAL hard to drill).
