[AT] Valu-bilt clearance tractor stuff

I got a e-sale circular from Valu-bilt today.  It had a clearance section 
and I noticed the item below that might be of some use to someone.

It is a steering wheel for IH M, Super M, H etc.   I don't think it's an 
exact reproduction but if you need a steering wheel, at less than $30,  the 
price is right.
