[AJD] GP woth Bean axle??

Paul, I have a set of what I understand are "beaner wheels" (for rubber) 
which have the outset hubs--found on my still-unrestored GPO.  Were these 
used in conjunction with with the bean axle described in this 
discussion?   John W.
