I'd say I saw a good amount of UT going on. As others have pointed out
however, UT is not the end all test. It is just a small set of data points
that help make up the whole picture. Just because someone pays a good amount
for an engine, doesn't mean they hope / believe / expect the boiler is good.
Some people have money and just want an engine, even if it means they will
have to do work on the boiler.

I personally didn't see any crazed or rash buyers there. I agree with you
Paul that most everyone knew what they were buying and what they were
getting into (with or without UT ).
