Cecil,  as you know I have cable internet.  To get the "good deal" I take
the basic cable TV package (12 channels including the locals).  That costs
me about $12 a month + the charge for the internet service.  Then I use
satellite for the rest.   Same channels and adds on the satellite but there
are a few more stations including RFDTV which you mentioned.

As for the FCC, they do NOT regulat anything on cable or satellite.
Their only authority is on broadcast TV ( your local stations and the
networks you get from an antenna).
