Walt: My understanding is that Red Cross no longer does all of this 
free. I understand they charge or "ask" for a donation linked to the 
activity desires. I only know of one family personally having used Red 
Cross lately and that was what their experience.
Just Curious to know if anyone has within the last couple of yearsneed 
to use Red Cross themselves?
