No but I put one up that way. My buddy Hoot couldn't get it done until he had 
a least a dozen beers then he went to work and we pulled that sucker right up 
and bolted it to the side of the house. Its still there i think. You need a 
very good block and tackle of at least two pulleys on each end and a way to 
stop it from moving just in case it gets away from you. after it get near the 45 
degrees you will need something to block it the rest of the way down.some good 
20 and 15 and 10 foot 4x4 should do the trick.
