[AT] update to Tractor Pull Game

I have updated the Tractor Pull game again...

I have added the AC wd45 and JD A and D
also fixed the JD H to weigh 2300

fixed a some other small quirks that bothered me...

This may be the last update.....seems someone else wants to make their own
game after looking at mine to sell it. I don't have the programming
knowledge to compete nor do I have the support.
