Ricky: Fuel in not getting through to the engine. Pulling gets enough 
vacuum to get the fuel through. Regulator or Fuel filter is probably the 
problem. They can both be easily cleaned but be careful on the regulator 
and not damage either of the boots. You will most likely have some trash 
in the filter and the regulator stopping a sufficient flow of fuel.
Check the line(s) exiting the carb and make sure no water/trash in it.
