[AT] Dodge diesel oil filter number

The oil presure on a B is controled by a spring loaded ball at the exit of
the oil pump.  If the filter is having a big effect on oil presure it could
be because of a problem with that presure valve.  I don't have a clue  about
the V4 Wisconsin.
