I ordered many belts from them several years ago. The last time I ordered a new Swather belt from them before a 3 day weekend. I paid an additional $20 for second day air delivery. It was for a John Deere and their cost was a fortune. The belt was supposed
to arrive on Thursday before that weekend. On Thursday It did not arrive. I called on Friday Morning and after 2 hours of their searching, the shipping clerk had not put the correct sticker on my package. The belt arrived later the next week and I never
was refunded the charge for the second day air service. We ended up going to Deere and driving 125 miles one way and paying over $100 for that belt. Our hay was rained on, since it took most of the day to install the belt we were behind a day.
I refused to do business with them thereafter.
Just my $0.02
