I shamelessly admit my considerable Google search skills have let me down.  I cannot find this item anywhere.   I am trying to price it for sale (someone wants it) and because I bought it so long ago (early 1990s??) I have no idea what its worth new to even come up with a well-reasoned and informed price.<br>
