I believe that they changed to live hydraulics on the Jubilee/NAA model, which followed through to the later 600/700/800 models.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The early Fergusons had a bad habit of blowing a gasket somewhere inside the transmission housing that would dump the fluid and prevent any hydraulic pressure. I think the early Fords were the same and guess that may have carried over to the models with live power. Replacing that gasket was not a small task.</p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>If you don’t get a lot of response here, you might go onto YT and search the Ford Forum for NAA hydraulic. I know it has been discussed there. Have successfully sold the Ford Jubilee at a good price but not the boom pole that was attached to the 3 point. We need that for lift other stuff in the future. So we attached it to the 3 point on a Ford 800 only to find out the 3 point isn’t working at all. The dipstick shows being full of hydraulic oil. The next step is to try to bleed system at the pump up font. Assuming we are successful at that and it still doesn’t work what would you recommend for further diagnostic checks? The 3 Son’s have no knowledge of tractors at all and I have very limited knowledge regarding the N Series on up.
