<div>After looking more, I think some of the linkage is messed up. I did find I had the eccentric roller, but it is not inline with the lever it is supposed to be touching. Wonder if it has sheared a pivot pin somewhere. That 1 lever does not appear to be in
a parallel plane to the others.</div>
<div>Need to disassemble more to try and figure things out.</div>
