<div>With the lift cover off, the main control lever moves between the down and midway position, but locks up when trying to go to the “up” position.</div>
<div>Not sure what you mean by “small roller”. If it is the roller on the pump arm, the lift levers were in front of it.</div>
<div>Without some diagram I do NPT know how it is supposed to work.</div>

videos on TO30/TO20, and MF multi-power, but not on the 35D.
