Tractor highlights for me were an old Case orchard tractor (a model SO I believe) in unrestored but good condition and a restored Case VAH (the model of tractor on which I learned to drive about 50 years ago).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I looked at a whole bunch of M-series tractors and similar, including a 300 LP, and not one of them had a fitting on the side of the water pump (nor even any provision for such a fitting) like the one I recently noticed on my Super M. I think mine is a well-done farmer mod for some heat-related purpose, the details of which I’ll likely never know.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>We’d hoped to find some old vintage farm item to use as décor in the ongoing renovation of the kitchen in our old farmhouse—an antique kitchen water pump, or some old windmill vanes, or a field corn seed sign, something along those lines. Saw a few things but none really grabbed our attention.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>It was darn hot and humid, and we were thankful for a thin cloud cover.
