<p>That is not such a big job that it cannot be done at a regular
machine shop. A horizontal mill can bore that rather easily.
There is a manual machinist network on facebook that probably has
someone near that would do that. I could do it in my shop, but
it would take 2 days to get to the mill..<br>

Sunnen hone that you can crank out putting real pressure on the cylinder.
I cleaned up a 2 hp Hercules at .060" and made a new piston out of a
chunk of aluminum, didn't take that long and worked perfectly using
automotive rings. Also find a hydraulic shop and have them hone it
either clean or to your size. Have piston metal sprayed and turn to fit
and order custom rings. Also a lot of people have used JB Weld to fill
pits and gouges, hone clean works well.
