            Thanks Warren, I appreciate the input.  I may try to just
            dig the whole SOB out of the ground and redress it with an
            Oak Bridge in the Spring. I like Steve's idea of our local
            FD, but they would get buried trying to get back there, and
            lets just say, I have a history with the Fire Chief, as in
            in starting a brush fire, when he had put a burn ban in
            place; I honestly had no idea.<br>

                  If you can straddle the ditch on either side of the
                  culvert with a tractor or skidsteer I'd try either
                  forcing a 4x4, sapling trunk of equivalent size or
                  pulling it through by feeding as far as it will go,
                  tying a rope or strap to butt end and pulling it from
                  the other side to drag the ram through. I'd round or
                  chamfer the leading edge so it didn't damage the
                  plastic culvert if it's corrugated. The big plastic
                  pipe we get around here is double walled though-
                  corrugated outside and smooth inside so maybe that's
                  what you have as well. These things would work way
                  better if you had water standing in the culvert to
                  lubricate and help the mess along.</div>
